My passion is to unleash a person’s full potential through understanding who you really are and what makes you the best you can be. I have specialised in executive leadership development for over 10 years and bring this knowledge and experience to create a powerful program of coaching work – a partnership that will both support and challenge you to be in alignment with your personal and professional aspirations.

As a highly qualified executive coach, I bring a wealth of credentials and methodologies to my coaching practice.

My professional career began in New Zealand’s primary industry and from there I enjoyed a successful 15 years in commercial private business moving across companies and industries including CEO positions locally and globally in forestry, retail and manufacturing. Working across different industry types required a diverse set of communication skills and strategies to achieve business and leadership outcomes. Being able to quickly pivot into new roles was essential – going from managing tremendously pragmatic forestry harvesting teams through to the challenge of working in an international retail organisation determined on being the industry disruptor.

The challenge and complexity of leading large organisations built a strong foundation for me to transform my career and co-found one of New Zealand’s leading executive coaching and coach training organisations. Along with providing coaching for senior executives, I am the Director the International Coaching Community (ICC) Academy for New Zealand. We are a global organisation operating in over 70 countries and help individuals & organisations accelerate their performance via customised accredited coaching training and development programs. My role as Head Coach Trainer is one that I thrive on by giving back to the profession of coaching through the delivery of globally recognised and awarded coach training programs.
